IrishWhiskey... Irish Whiskey; A liquor distilled from fermented malted & unmalted barley, corn, rye & other grain products. The grains being dried in a ‘coal fired’ kiln in which the smoke doesn’t reach the brew as much. Always ‘triple distilled’ in pot stills ‘in Ireland’ & aged from 5 or more years in reused sherry casks. There are only two distilleries in Ireland licensed to produce ‘Irish Pride’. Jameson's & Bushmills Usually lighter-bodied with a less smoky flavor than Scotch.
