CanadianWhisky... Canadian Whisky; A liquor distilled from fermented blended cereal grain products of corn, rye & barley. Distilled in pot stills ‘in Canada’ & aged from 6 to 8 years in reused sherry, bourbon, or port casks. Usually light bodied, slightly pale amber color & a mellow, satisfying flavor Brought to the new world in the late 19th century by Scottish immigrants. Yes... It's spelled correctly. Scotland & Canada use no 'e' in the spelling of their whisky.
